SAFETY

It is Liberty Precision Company, LLC’s policy that accident prevention be a prime concern of all employees. This includes the safety and well being of our employees, subcontractors, and customers, as well as the prevention of wasteful, inefficient operations, and damage to property.

Liberty shall provide products and services that meet or exceed our customer requirements or any regulatory requirements as applicable. Quality objectives will be used to measure and improve the Quality Management System.

To provide the highest level of quality products for our customer, Liberty maintains an ISO 9001: 2015 Certification. This Quality Management System is embraced by the Liberty’s management team and supported by all employees.

At Liberty, quality is built into our products and not inspected into it. All Liberty employees have the primary responsibility to assure parts "meet the customer’s stated and implied requirements".

All of the equipment used for the verification of product is calibrated to standards traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

QUALITY/INSPECTION

Our Inspection process consist of 3 different steps as follows:

  1. First Article
  2. In-Process
  3. Final Inspection

Liberty owns all the latest model inspection equipment.

Lastly, all the machined parts will be submitted for a final inspection. All inspection and testing will be done on all or random parts according to the job requirement.
